Using a SharePoint web part we can show our tweets in a widget that’s embedded in a SharePoint site.
We first must create our custom widget here: Widgets
After creating your custom widget, copy the generated code in a text document and save it in the Site Assets library from SharePoint.
In our site we insert a Content Editor web part.
In the Properties Pane in Content Link section we paste the link to the file that contains the code.
Then, we save the changes and the Twitter widget becomes active.
